    Hi,

    I have got a new Xbox One and I want to transfer my Xbox 360 savegames and also my achievements to the Xbox One. I informed myself how that works, but it seems that this is only possible if my Xbox 360 savegames and achievements are saved in the Cloud. And
    here is my problem:

    I have never played online with my Xbox 360, only offline. I stated my first name as my Gamertag on my Xbox 360 (P****p) but my Xbox One gamertag is not my first name, because I have to state another name for my gamertag on Xbox One (). So, my Xbox
    One gamertag is another one than my Xbox 360's gamertag (at least I think that my first name complies with the Xbox 360 Gamertag; or is it the profile's name???). Further, my Xbox 360 displayed no Cloud saving because I was never online with the Xbox 360.
    My questions stated below:

    Is my Xbox 360 gamertag just my profile name or is it really the gamertag of my Xbox 360? It is then possible to shift the 360's savegames and achievements to my Xbox One despite the two different gamertags?

    It is possible to shift my 360's savegames and achievements to my Xbox One without Cloud? If yes, how does it work? If not, is it sufficient to buy a LAN-adapter or a LAN-cable for my Xbox 360 to save my Xbox 360 achievements and savegames in the Cloud and
    to shift them then to my Xbox One?

    I really hope that somebody can answer my questions because I have many achievements on my Xbox 360 which I want to have also on my Xbox One

    Red Dead Redemption Joins The Back Compat List this Friday!

    Red Dead Redemption added today. Can't get any savegames or achievements from the 360 to Xbox One. DLC fine though.

    Unless the profile has joined the LIVE community (making it a gamertag.) But since you have stated that you've never been online with your 360, it's just a profile on your console. If you'd like to make it a gamertag, you'd have to connect to LIVE on your
    360 and join up. Then after joining the LIVE community, you can move your game saves over to cloud storage. You'll need a Gold membership to access cloud.

    Achievements are linked to a profile so if you move your profile, the achievements go too. You cannot move a offline profile to another console without an external device but you cannot transfer content between 360 and one.

    As far as I know, you only need a Gold membership on the Xbox 360 to be able to upload your 360 savegame to the cloud.

    As soon as you have the game on your Xbox One, you should be able to play the game without a Gold membership. The Xbox One automatically keeps a copy of your cloud save on it's internal drive to speed up cloud syncing, and to allow you offline play, if necessary.

    If the game you deleted was a Xbox One game, then your savegame data should be safely stored online in the Xbox Cloud, unless you chose to delete the savegame data from "all" consoles.

    If you only deleted the local savegame storage, simply launch the game (after installing it, if necessary), and then let the console synchronize your savegame from the cloud.

    If there is a conflict about the local savegame and cloud savegame, make sure to choose the cloud version in the confirmation dialogue.

    your savegames on xbox one are all stored in xbox cloud, so if you sign in to any xbox one you will have your savegames there.

    You can then use that time to upload your savegames to the cloud, so you can use them on the Xbox One, which allows Cloud save access without a Gold membership.
