XBOX 360 SAVED DATA

bassically in short term i used to play gta 5 alot with my main account, ive got a new xbox 360 console and bassically i was wondering if all my data would still be on there via my account? i know that with alot of games you have to start over but i thought
with gta it would just save on cloud so you can play your online on any xbox, same as call of duty

Hi! Are you using xbox one or 360? If, xbox 360, Are you also referring to saved game data and plan to move to another xbox 360? Follow this link below:

If you use xbox one, your saved data are automatically stored to cloud storage if you are connected to xbox live and if you plan to use it on another xbox one, simply sign in your profile and launch the game, it will sync your recent saved game.

Transferring Data

I have stuff saved on my hard drive on Xbox 360. If I buy a xbox one will I be able to transfer my saved data to the next gen?

Most game saves are stored locally on the console (unless you put the save in Cloud storage). It's very possible that if you didn't put the save on Cloud or on a USB drive that you'll need to start over again.

how big is the saved data for minecraft xbox 360 if it's 1,5GB+ then it wont save if it's lower then 1.5gb it should just save there but you require a active gold subscription to store saved data in the cloud on 360

WoT support was more than likely referencing how saved data works on the Xbox One as your saved data is tied to your account and will allow you to play your saved data anywhere as long as you have your account on that Xbox One because the saved data is automatically
saved to the cloud and sync's that data whenever it's needed. On the Xbox 360, if you don't have Cloud storage turned on and backed up then the saved data is specific to the hard drive its saved to. You would need to switch over the hard drives between the
Xbox 360's to play saved data on another Xbox 360.

As far as this issue goes, I will ask someone if they can look into it or at least make them aware WoT on the Xbox 360 is causing errors and sign out issues because of an update. Just to clarify is it only WoT causing this to happen?

If you still have your Xbox 360 you would need to enable and transfer your save data to the cloud on the Xbox 360 and then your save data will be waiting for you when you boot up an Xbox 360 compatible game.

Happy to take a look at this with you, for starters have you successfully moved your save data from the Xbox 360 into the cloud to download on the Xbox One? Also are you using the same profile on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One? Here is a guide that will show
you how to move the save data from the Xbox 360 into the cloud.
Copy, move or delete Xbox saved games, profiles, and avatar items.

Make sure the save data is in the cloud and let us know how that goes!
