XBox 360 S with 320GB memory but 250GB console misunderstanding?

Hi, I've just upgraded to Xbox One and wanted to sell my Xbox 360 SLIM which is only 13 months old. I'm sure I read the memory settings correctly - 320GB of storage, but the console label reads 250GB and the serial number registered at the Online
Service Center reads 250GB. I'd really appreciate some clarification about this because the console is now on its way to a buyer who believes its a 320GB storage.

White Xbox 360 S models only come with 4GB storage, so you didn't get a hard drive with the console, as CloudStrife 900 stated it is only flash memory. To play the game you need a 250GB or a 320GB offical Microsoft Xbox branded hard drive.

 

XBOX 360 Concerns..

I personally, would buy a White 4GB XBOX 360 Kinect Bundle & add a 320GB HDD = A console, with 4GB internal memory for Arcade Game Storage & save data + a 320GB HDD for game disc & movie installs = 324GB... Nothing wrong with the 4GB Models... The 250GB
& 320GB Models, don't have internal memory etc...

 

Well it sounds like its just a 250GB console. The 360 S console came in 4 GB and 250 GB. The 320 GB was for select limited edition consoles. Did you buy chance purchase an additional 320GB hard drive to put into the console?

 

No. We only purchased the console. It does sound like a 250GB, but two of us are sure that we both saw 320GB memory capacity on the screen after it had been restored to factory settings.

 

Could it be that what we saw - 320GB - included Cloud storage allowances?

 

No. Cloud storage only gives 512 MBs of storage. Did you buy the console new or used? If bought used its possible someoneput a different HDD in there

 

No it was bought new. I must have been wrong.
