Xbox 360 S problem

While I play my xbox comes to the dashboard with the inscription "opening in progress" but the disc tray will not open ... How can I fix it?

I'm having this problem also. However, I have 2 Xbox One's and 3 Xbox 360's and only one of the 360's is being effected.

I went through quite a few older Xbox 360s, but the Xbox 360 S is far superior in every single way. I haven't had a single problem with my Xbox 360 S and I don't worry about it breaking on me every time I turn it on like the older models. Sorry that you've
had problems, but the Xbox 360 S is solid.

 

Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though the console may be in need of repair if the disc tray will not open. You can set up a repair of your S or E console at the following link (sorry, the older FAT consoles are no longer supported for repairs).

the disc tray opens normally, but during I play the xbox return to dashborad itself and you see the words "opening in progress", that pretends to open the disc tray, but is not so.
