    Xbox 360 s Power supply unit problem


    I have a xbox 360 s console, when i played a game suddenly a beep sound played and my console shut downs, when i turn on my console it power supply unit shows dark orange light and when i press power on button on my console there is no light on console but
    beep sound and power supply unit blinks light when i pressed power button? How can i solve it?

    Hi All,

    I am going to France for the next 3 months and I'm wondering if I need to get a new power supply unit from the French Xbox Customer support line since the power supply unit is only made available off phone support? Will a French xbox customer support purchased
    power supply unit work for my US xbox 360 s console?

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced with your Xbox 360 S not powering on.

    If you've tried everything with the power input then either the power supply or the internal hardware responsible for distribution of the power is no longer working and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer services Xbox 360's or
    sell power supplies for the Xbox 360. The best way to go about this is possibly find a local third party electronic repair center that specializes in consoles or see if you can find a power unit on Amazon or eBay. Here is more information on the Xbox 360 power

    By the way, it's explictly stated in the manual:

    Do not connect any other devices between the XBOX 360 power supply unit and the XBOX 360 console, or between the power cord and the XBOX 360 power supply unit.

    Message NO SIGNAL.

    Check the power supply unit that the Xbox plugs into. If the light is not solid green or solid orange, it may be the problem, not the Xbox. Check here for more info: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/console/check-power-supply
