Xbox 360(s) cant download profile.

Yesterday i was playing a game and dashboarded so i could go to a different one, something most people do. When i got to the dashboard i was signed out, so i went to sign back in but my profile was gone. I then tried to download it back and got the code
8007045D. I called today and nothing fixed it and while we were trying out wishful solutions i noticed all my games and music are gone, everything im my harddrive is gone but it still says i have 37.3gb left out of the 250gb. Im just wondering if theres anything
that can be done to get it all back or if i now have a neat looking paperweight?

Got an update on my problem. Went and downloaded my profile to a flash drive and it worked. My profile is back but still nothing else and i tried to download a game but it said i cant download this item.

 

i'm having a similar problem where my profile deleted itself from my system and I can't download it because I get the same sort of error and the way this website is set up it doesn't allow for me to even contact or talk to a specialist so I'm stuck as I
have no profile right now and even when I put my account in it comes up with the error

 

and ive been hacked this was not my gamertag before my gamer tag was Kaiusjai I am not sure what is happening but it would help if this website wasn't so difficult to use
