Xbox 360 S cannot connect to internet

Hello! My Xbox 360 S cannot connect to internet, he can connect to all my home and office networks, and routers see him as unknow device, but after that he cannot get internet connection.

I try everything what support suggest, DNS, cable changing, router changing, diffrent internet providers, resseting to factory setting, formating drive. Everything. And nothing works. Other Xbox like Xbox 360 or Xbox one works fine witout any problem on
any network setting, any cable and on any of my internet providers.

Some one have any suggestions?

1. Yes my Xbox 360 S see any wi-fi, cable network.

2. No there is no "code" only there is information about DNS problem.

3. Yes I use cable connetion too on diffrent cables and three internet providers.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Is the Xbox 360 S able to detect your networks or your neighbor's networks when you search for a network to connect to? Does
an error message or error code appear when your console fails to connect to the network? Have you attempted to connect the Xbox 360 S to your network with an ethernet cable? Be sure to let us know the results!

I cannot connect to the internet on my Xbox 360, and when I login on the computer, everything is fine. This is my problem. My Xbox 360 will connect to my network but will not gail internet access.

Hey, does the Xbox 360 S model 1439 support wireless internet connection?

The Xbox 360 cannot connect to the Xbox app, only the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles can do that.
