    XBox 360 S 250GB Console freezes screen at random times | December 2020 | (BK:2.0.1888.0) OS


    I have 2010 XBOX 360 S Console. It has (BK:2.0.1888.0) OS. Very lightly and rarely used for playing Kinect Games only. Maximum gameplay duration of one hour in a single session in the past. It has started to freeze the screen randomly. Restarting the console
    make the system run normal and then it freezes at random and unpredictable times with no pattern. No Disc used. Already did factory reset to xbox console. OS is up to date and always connected to internet using LAN wire. However, after factory reset also,
    it freezes at random times with no specific pattern or steps. Sometimes just freezes right after reboot or start. Sometimes screen wont freeze at all. Other time it freezes during navigation even when there is no game disc in it. After factory reset, Tried
    both: Logged into my Microsoft live account profile on console, as well as, tried with creating a new local xbox profile on console.

    Any knows why this is happening? Need help to fix this problem. Thanks a lot.
