    HDD FAIL

    So I turned on my xbox 360 s console, and it doesn't recognize the 250 GB HDD. It says there is no storage device.

    There only HDD available for the Xbox 360 S is the 250 GB hard drive.

    Downloaded Fable from the Marketplace but it won't let me play it...

    If it's not an official 250 GB or 320 GB Xbox 360 S HDD, then Xbox originals wont play.

    If you purchased your HD online, it may be a fake.

    Xbox 360 s HDD are for the slim. They come in 250 GB or 320 GB, and there is a panel that opens up on the right end of your console where it fits in.

    They are usually around $100 to $150, but you don't want to cheap out with a fake, or order online.

    These are not genuine Xbox 360 Slim hard drives. The only hard drives that are designed to work on 360 Slim are the 250GB and 320GB versions. Anything else is either an unauthorised modification or a knock off unit. Don't bother with a cheap 250 or 320GB
    from eBay either as most of these are fake too.
