Xbox 360 Right Joystick (wireless) Problems

I was playing a game and died and when I respawned, I noticed I couldn't look around or use the right joystick (in game). There is nothing wrong with the joystick and never have I had a problem before (such as it getting sticky or unresponsive until now),
and I tried to see what was wrong with it to no avail. I gave in and went and bought a pre owned controller, and the same thing (wireless) the right joystick doesn't respond. I can't use it in games, on the Dashboard, ect. I then found an old controller and
for a third time, same thing. Is there something wrong with my 360 and how can I fix it? It's obviously not a controller problem.

Right Analog stick making annoying sound

Press the Right Joystick in a few times & then, keep rotating the joystick 360 degrees & see if it still does it..

It it does, call Xbox Technical Support..
