    Xbox 360 restarting/shutting off??

My xbox will turn completely turn off for some youtube videos and then others it will play through then when playing games it will eventually restart randomly. I've tried different power bricks and I'm not sure why certain youtube videos would trigger
this. I've cleaned all the internals and I don't believe the xbox is over heating (will idle on the dashboard for as long as I want)

    :)

    Xbox 360 restarting/shutting off??

    Hi there KawiKid603,

Have you tried deleting the YouTube app off your console and re-installing it? Maybe the current build of YouTube you are using could have a bug in it or a could be corrupted.

Let me know if this helps!

Please read all the way through...

This is how I first solved this problem......

    First:

Open McAfee... Click on Navigation.... Under settings, click on General Settings and Alerts.... Click on Access Protection.... deselect Access Protection

    Second:

Click on Navigation.... Under settings, click on Features.... click on Firewall.... click on Net Guard.... then deselect "Turn on Net Guard"

Third: If you are still having problems...

click on Navigation..... Under settings, click on Features.... Deselect McAfee Vulnerability....

    New solution...

Well it's happened again and started disconnecting after several minutes... First thing I did was go back into McAfee in order to confirm the three setting changes I made back in 29 Sep 2013... The first two hadn't changed, but now there was no option to
turn off the Vulnerability Scanner... Called McAfee and told them exactly what was going on and spent 3 hours on the phone with at least 4 different people without any success... That night I uninstalled McAfee and everything worked fine...The next day I
reinstalled McAfee and again had the problem... When they called back, I spent another 3 hours on the phone with a technical support moron at McAfee...... I explained everything to him, over and over... Finally we did a custom reinstall and deselected Vulnerability
Scanner.... I still had same problem.. I then checked the first two settings that I had disabled previously and found them turned on... When I turned them off, the Xbox Media Center worked just fine... Probably not the best solution, but at least it worked...
    Hope this helps...

You may have to translate that to laymens terms for me Repayable. You want me to open these browsers on another computer? I don't have access to the router or computer that is associated with it .

No... Delete then reinstall McAfee and choose "Custom Install"... Deselect Vulnerability Scanner... Now install...

After you install, open McAfee... Click on Navigation.... Under settings, click on General Settings and Alerts.... Click on Access Protection.... deselect Access Protection...

Next, click on Navigation.... Under settings, click on Features.... click on Firewall.... click on Net Guard.... then deselect "Turn on Net Guard"... Let me know your results...
