Xbox 360 Restarting Problem

Hi.

I was playing MW2 about an hour ago and I got the disc unreadable error and my screen began to get green lines on it. The Xbox restarted itself and whenever I boot it up it freezes and restarts constantly in a loop. The farthest point I can get is log into
LIVE and it displays how many friends I have on and loads the dash UI before it restarts. I've had my 360 for 4 years on the 25th. Is it on its way out? Surely it should last longer than that! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Conker's Live and Reloaded: HELP

Me and my friend are playing thru CLR on his xbox 360 and were trying to talk to Burt the block but the cut scene will not trigger for whatever reason. we restarted the game and nothing happened still. Is there a fix to this problem??

Fable 3 !

Same problem here: the download keeps restarting when reaching 79%. I already wasted 45GB of data and I still don't have it!

I tried:

-canceling the download, then restarting it by browsing to FableIII on Xbox Marketplace and select "Download again"

-canceling the download, then restarting it by browsing to FableIII on Xbox.com and select "Download to Xbox 360"

-canceling the download, then restarting it by browsing to "Download history" on the Xbox 360 and download again.

-canceling download, deleting the partial download on the hard drive and try again

-deleted the partial download on the hard disk without canceling the ongoing download

-cleared the system cache

-deleted everything under "System" (which includes marketplace-cache etc.)

-deleted my account on the Xbox 360 and downloaded it again

-using a different wireless network

-connecting the Xbox 360 directly to the modem by cable

-Pulled the Xbox 360's plug for 20 seconds

The problem remains, I'm out of options... please help!

I ejected the Hard Drive like some other people said on other forums and the 360 works! I have all my saves on my "Xbox 360 S Hard Drive 250GB" I can still play games like AW and GTA V online since everything is on the cloud for MP. Any suggestions on how
to fix hard drive would be greatly appreciated.

hello karsney

try clearing the system cache a couple of times(3-5 times). then try to download the game again.

if you need to know how to clear the system cache go here.

I'm on an Xbox 360 Slim, no problems at all, not crashed once or restarted, the 360 slim is what the 360 should have been at launch

Have you restarted your network connection (Router/Modem/XBOX 360?) And is this problem still currently going on?
