Xbox 360 Repair rejected

Hello very good, is I sent my Xbox 360 console to your service and the service says my console can not be repaired for the following reasons:

Test attempt to disassemble the console.

Unauthorized repair test.

Label against removed, altered or otherwise damaged manipulation.

Changes to the internal components.

Software Changes.

The serial number does not match.

Damage caused by external events, such as misuse, abuse or neglect.

Damage caused by the use in the console devices are not Microsoft.

I at no time and opened my console other than not do not aria as this poses a risk all that and echo was to take the hard drive of the console as put in that email, and clear it me annoyed much because now I'll have to put up with having the
console tray closes damaged discs alone.

Apologies - I know Im contradicting myself haha

Yeah It could be because of someone else, but they would have rejected it for a reason. Contact MS support see what they say? only option in real terms

not that I'm recommending this, but what ever is wrong, I'm sure a decent repair website will fix it for a small fee, however if its still under warranty.. take it back from where you brought it, you might strike luck! Hope that helps

Sorry to hear that you had issues with your repair. However, this is something that is best dealt with through phone support as only they will have access to all the information needed.

As an Xbox Ambassador you should not be recommending options that violate the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct. 99.9% of self repairs/repairs done by other companies other than the approved MS one, result in a permanent console
ban from the Live service.

All repairs are at the discretion of MS. If the console looked like it was tampered with then they are not obligated to service it. Did you by chance buy it used? Perhaps the previous owner did something that would cause this
situation to arise.

Well, I know Microsoft hides stickers in the console to where you don't even know they are there. So, I'm not sure why your console got rejected exactly, but if they rejected it, then it must have been for a pretty good reason.
