Xbox 360 refuses to connect to internet

It connects to the network, then inbetween network and internet it crashes every single time! Everything was perfectly fine yesterday but then when i went

to go play the xbox 360 today it would not connect to xbox live. I've already tried the simple and useless tips listed in the support section such as restarting

my router and stuff. I've manually entered my router's ip adress in "configure network", tried different wires and everything. I am using an wired connection that connects to my CLEAR HUB Express router. I've never had any problems until today. For a while
the error code was 8015190B and 80151901 once or twice but now i'm not getting any error codes and it's just not connecting.

Xbox One refuses to connect to internet

My Xbox One refuses to connect to the internet, stating that it has detected a wireless network hardware issue. I use a wired connection, but the console refuses to recognize that there is a wired connection. Furthermore, the console was working great yesterday.
Can anyone help me?

 

360 no longer connects to Live.

The last time I used it was for Halo 4 at its launch. It connected fine. However after buying GTAV I discovered it won't connect anymore. I have other stuff hooked up to my router modem(computer, phone, other consoles via wi-fi) but the 360 refuses to connect.
The first few times the test failed trying to connect to the internet. So I reset my modem and the 360, tried again and it passed...and then failed trying to connect to xbox live and keeps doing it. It just says it couldn't connect. No real information.

I'm using an ethernet cable(it's an old 20gb 360) and my modem is a TP-Link TD-W8970. I don't get why it refuses to connect to XBL if it can connect to the internet? Any help? :\

 

try wired to see if that cures it, if so then reset all the wifi settings on the xbox and then shut everything down including the router, restart all and try to setup a fresh connection

 

I also use Clear and when I called them, they said that this issue is a known issue.

From what I understood (since it was a foreign person answering), the issue is solely between Clear and Xbox Live, and theyre working to fix it.

Apparently itll be up by tonight.

Hopefully it is.

 

Ok thanks, because i have tried almost everything and nothing made sense. So you're also experiencing the issue? Did you notice it around the same time i did?

 

So far, its still not working for me, so Im assuming itll be tonight eventually that itll work.

But it started yesterday at 12:07 AM est. Exactly that time. It was right when I got kicked offline only to find I couldnt reconnect no matter what I did.

Nothing Ive done has had any effect, so if Clearwire cant get this all worked out, I dont know what to do. Im just waiting til I hear word somethings changed.

 

STILL not working for me either, i guess it probably wont be resolved until tomorrow morning. I wonder if that means we have to update the router too?

 

Actually, mine suddenly started working at a little after 11 pm est.

I too have the Clear Hub and it's about to be day number 3 for me. Same here no problem when I'd sign out for the night but the next day I can't even sign on to live. I did EVERYTHING!!! and still Network to Internet won't connect.

 

I'm going thru the same problem also have the CLEAR HUB and it's about to be day number 3.

neither console wired and wireless isn't connecting. network and internet keeps failing test.

 

i'm guessing we individually must have to call clear or something

 

In the exact same boat. Thought it was just me. So no word on when clear will fix it?

 

I contacted them about an hour ago, one of their workers asked me to give them my clear mac address and that their "level 2 tech team" would get on it and that it's an "ongoing issue". You need to go their official website and contact them, apparently web
chatting with them is the fastest way rather than calling and getting put on hold or something(or dealing with funny accents lol). She didn't tell me when it would be fixed but to continue trying to check my xbox's connection every so often.

 

Update, my xbox 360 is working online now. It seems you have to contact CLEAR support on your own or else you probably will never get help. It took them about 20-24 hours to fix mine for the record. They should ask for your clear device's mac address. Goodluck
