Xbox 360 refund help

I recently bought an Xbox 360 game from the Xbox 360 marketplace and it did not work and I refunded it but it went to my Microsoft account instead of my credit card In which I paid for it What I thought is if you don't have enough money on your Microsoft
account and you wanna use Some of your Microsoft money from your account and You saw the money from your credit card Microsoft must have thought that I paid for it through my account instead of my credit card

Hello within a couple of days it should go back to your Visa since thats where you purchased it from. Just continue to watch your account. Its like 7-10 business days.

Refunds will go to whatever Payment option was used to make the purchase.

According to your screenshot the purchase was made with the Visa card. So the refund should be going back to that card.

You said that the refund amount is showing on your MS account balance instead?

Did you get a refund for a different purchase other than this one that would have gone to your MS account balance?

As part of our troubleshooting steps, kindly sign in to your account on any Xbox 360 console. From there, try to download the maps from Xbox 360 marketplace.

Then sign out and sign in on your Xbox One or Xbox Series console and check if the maps will show up.

If you don't have an Xbox 360 console, you can borrow one from your friends or family members.

If you prefer the refund option, you can request a refund by signing your account on the Xbox refund webform:

After submitting the request, your refund will be accommodated within 72 hours.

Unfortunately, the 360 version is not backwards compatible on Xbox One. Here us the link to request a refund of a digital product:

Select "Profile only" when you remove your gamertag from the console.
