xbox 360 redeem code not fully working

so i have been taking to xbox support with the chat app but it seems thses peopel are just not up to date about everthing xbox..

i got a code for far cry 3: blood dragon.

when i redeem the code its says you are trying to redeem far cry 3 blood drive ect ect.

now when i push redeem its says oops somethings is wrong and if wont redeem.

anybody knows whatup? support told be the code is still active and i should redeem.

after hours of chatting with support they told me i was gonna get a mail and the where looking in to it.never had a mail back...

i thought the 360 games were platform agnostic. no way of redeeming the code and then DLing it to the 360 after the fact??

When you receive the error message there should be a code in the bottom of the screen as well. If you can post that error code it will help narrow down the issue.

 

i have bought gears of war judgement for xbox 360 with the the game i received gears of war 1 redeem voucher but when i redeem it it is giving me error kindly help me.

 

It's best if you can create your own thread and if you can post the error message/error code you receive that will help.

 

called with support gave them the code but still nothing
