Xbox 360 red ring of death

I now have an Xbox one that I now am trying to transfer the 360 info to that system... However, recently I discovered the older system has acquired the red ring of death. Is there a way to retrieve 360 info through the built in browser of my Xbox one?

console really come in... but mostly i really have known in xbox 360 100% encountering red ring of death..
