    I casually turned on my Xbox 360, and it loaded for a split second then the screen went to a "System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support." I called them, and they could not help me one bit, they said they can only help with Xbox One and newer. I'm very
    disappointed, can someone please help me out?

    Well, if you have the original Xbox 360 console (the rounder model that looks like this:

    then I'm afraid you're out of luck. Microsoft stopped servicing these Xbox 360 models a few years ago. So if the console shows you a system error, you can't repair the console yourself, and it can't be repaired by Microsoft anymore.

    You could try to sign up your console for repairs through the following website:
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

    Just make sure, that you have your address up to date and correct on
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     as well.
