Xbox 360 randomly signs out of Xbox Live every 15-30 minutes

So a few weeks ago my 360 began to sign me out of Live every 15-30 minutes while doing anything. It happens when I am in a game, using Netflix, or even just doing nothing on the dashboard. I have deleted my profile and cleared my cache many times and it
has not helped at all. It is not my NAT type as it is open. It is not my router or connection either. I'm incredibly frustrated as it almost completely prevents me from using Xbox Live. Once I get signed out, the only way for me to sign back in is to turn
off my console and turn it on again. It immediately signs me back in at that point only to disconnect again shortly after. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to throw this thing out of the *** window. Any new suggestions?

Keep getting disconnected from xbox live

Getting randomly disconnected (roughly every 20 to 30 minutes) from xbox live on xbox one and xbox 360. Any help or ideas as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated and might stop me from throwing both consoles out the window the next time
it happens.

Yes I am having the same trouble with my console. I would like microsoft to fix this situation. I've already got a xbox one console on layaway but i will cancel it and get a PS4 instead if they are the ones doing this.

Have you tried opening some ports up or maybe trying to use an ethernet connection? I've had some similar issues and I've found that this can help quite a bit, especially opening up ports.

 

I do not know how to open ports but i normally use a ethernet cable to play online. So the first option you said i would like to try if you can tell me how to open ports please.

 

Also, I might add that I've owned this Xbox 360 for 4 years and this has never been a problem ever.

Some morons called lizard squad keep DOS ATTACKING Xbox and this is causing problems with random sign outs etc Google it u won't find any info about it on here as MS won't tell u this

 

Been having this issue for several months... drives me insane. Playing Modern Warfare doesnt boot me out as long as i am active. XBOX bounces me or idle time at game or homepages. Also it takes forever to download updates....
