Xbox 360 randomly purchasing games?

So I've been playing on my xbox 360 a lot recently, and noticed that I've had Pv.Z Garden Warfare, and GTA IV download randomly, saying assigned to another console. I'm the only person who knows my password, or any account details, so how this happened is
beyond me. Also, my E-Mail also said that I had been charged for these games. I had also spoken to a friend who said other people in his household have had the same problem. Is everybody having this issue? Because losing money is really boring, especially
when its for something you don't want

Since purchasing Xbox live none of my stats save on battlefield plus Xbox randomly freezes

since purchasing Xbox live today none of my stats are being saved and it randomly throws me out of my game I playing with my friends

 

I have $10 in my Microsoft account but I can't use it to buy anything.

Assigned to another console sounds like someone else has your details to me.

 

Well trust me, I've never breathed a word of my details, not even my closest of friends. So what, is it some kind of security breach on Microsoft's part?

 

You don't need to leak your details to someone for this kind of breach to happen. However,. the bit about your friend having the same problem has made me paranoid

 

You have more than likely been "phished".

You should change your password immediately, contact support immediately and contact your bank immediately to reverse the un-authorised payment.
