    For the past couple of months, my Xbox 360 has been randomly shutting on and off. I believe there's a problem with the power supply, but I'm not certain. Any suggestions?

    Add-ons won't transfer?

    I bought many add-ons for call of duty ghosts on Xbox 360 a while back and recently I got ghosts for my Xbox One. None of my add-ons are available and do not show that they have been purchased. Is this a rip off or is there a way to get them on my Xbox One?

    Add-ons and profiles??

    Add ons as in DLC will but I don't think those Fifa 12 random team packs will.

    Hey there, PAIN! I'm very sorry to see any power issues with the console! Your post is making me think that it might be console related, but I'll drop some power supply troubleshooting in here for you, too.

    First, you will want to make sure you have the
    Xbox 360 Power Supply     set up appropriately. That link will have some tips on how to extend the life of your power supply and prevent it from failing before its time.

    If you've got everything checked there, we suggest you check the Xbox 360 power supply. There are troubleshooting steps in there that will get you pointed to the right place; either
    another troubleshooter will be what you need, or a replacement for your power supply is needed.

    Last thing we suggest is checking out our
    Xbox 360 console turns off unexpectedly     support article. There are steps in there that will help you determine what needs to be repaired or replaced.

    If you run into any issues setting up a replacement for your power supply or console, you are more than welcome to post back or

    If it appeared the item had been opened, I would recommend trying to go back to the retailer and deal with them and see if you can get a sure new one.

    2 Xbox's on 1 Router.

    So you can have one XBOX 360 connected (wireless) without being disconnected at all, but as soon as you add another XBOX 360 in the mix you get random disconnects? Can you actually try one wired and one wireless and see if you still have issues with random
    disconnects with both XBOX 360's being on the same router?
