Xbox 360 purchases not showing up on ready to install

Billing to put in a request.

When you go to the game(s) on the xbox one store does it show that you need to purchase the titles or does it read install? Sometimes game might be missing from the ready to install list (heard of it before), but show correctly in the actual store.

Before putting in a refund request, I would highly recommend contacting support through the

chat/phone as the Microsoft agents will be able to look at your account in real time and help you resolve the problem.

Portal 2 however does show on that list. You are using the same account on your Xbox One that was used to purchase the game ?

The weird thing is black ops 1 installed but the black ops 3 didnt. In the store it does not show up as owned but does show up in my purchased history. Maybe its doing something weird because Portal 2 showed up in ready to install between me sending the
last message and your response.

Ill look at it after i get off work and if it doesnt show up by then, ill contact support via phone.

When i paid for those 2 on the xbox 360 they specifically said they were backwards compatible when I bought them. Which i see are available to buy on xbox one store. So who do i talk to about a refund for those games? So i can buy them for the exact same
price? Feels a bit like im being hit with a bait and switch scam that wants me to pay twice, and im absolutely irritated at this point!

The gift card can be used on a xbox 360. If he uses the same account on the Xbox 360 & the Xbox One, he can purchase the game he wants on the 360, and it will show up in the ready to install on the Xbox One.
