Xbox 360 purchase on Xbox One

When i'm trying to buy AC on my Xbox One it says "can't buy this on Xbox.com, complete this transaction on your Xbox"

You can purchase games using currency on their respective consoles: You can use currency to buy Xbox 360 games ON the Xbox 360 just like you can buy Xbox One games ON the Xbox One, but you cannot purchase Xbox 360 games on an Xbox One using microsoft currency.

 

How do i upgrade 360 versions of battlefield 4 and COD Ghost to the xbox one?

Ive Googled this and cant find a definitive answer(or im too stupid to see it)

I have COD Ghosts and Battlefield 4 for the 360 but have just purchased an Xbox one. Do i have to sell the 360 versions and buy the Xbox one version or is there an upgrade for these? They were both purchased from tesco if that has any bearing on it.I have seen a $9.99 USA upgrade but thats only for versions purchased from certain US retailers as far as i can see.

If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase on a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.

We are sorry this issue comes up but we will need a little more information. The issue could be stemming from the actual Microsoft account, is this an adult account? Also the

Backwards Compatible games are, by design, only able to be purchased with an actual Payment Instrument (Credit or debit card). Let us know so we can further assist in this or any other issue!

 

When i bought my Xbox a couple of years ago, it was made like a child account, without me being aware of it. So is there any way that i can make it an adult account, cause i'm not in the possession of a Xbox 360

 

You have to wait till it turns 18 ir use a adult account and add gold onto it to make xbox 360 games with gold

There is no way to change the dob before the times comes

You cant chabge the dob on the account nor changw the ms account to make it so

Changing the dob only complicates it as other servers look at it and see wait a second that doesnt match what you originally put in (ea and activision do check)

And it still womt solve your problem as the status only goes by the original date

 

Hi, unfortunately if your account birthdate is under the legal age to be classed as an adult aged 18 (20 in Korea and Japan) then there is nothing that can be done. Xbox accounts work off the first date of birth entered.
