    Thanks for keeping us updated with your reply. If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend trying some of the solutions available in our support article entitled Troubleshoot
    Xbox 360 Marketplace purchasing     to see if they can help out.

    You may also wish to try clearing the cache & cookies in your web browser, closing the browser out & reopening it and trying again, just in case there is something blocking the sale, or you could try the purchase from a different device. It is also possible
    that you can try making the purchase directly from your Xbox 360 to see if you get the same or different result.

    Give the solutions a try and let us know the results.
