Xbox 360 Profile problem

On my xbox 360 i was disconnected from the internet. I tried to reconnect and it didn't even show my internet. I signed into a different profile and that profile could connect no problem. I searched around and the only answer. I could find was that my
profile might be corrupted and i should delete it and redownload it. I thought that might be it since my avatar had gone blank and my gamerscore was now 0. So i did it but when i redownloaded my profile i got the one for my xbox one instead of the profile
for my xbox 360. Is there any way to get my xbox 360 profile back or is it gone for good now?

Xbox 360 system transfer HELP

So I shared an Xbox 360 console with a sibling and we each had our own profiles. So I purchased a new 360 Slim and wanted to take everything associated with my account on the initial console (profile, achievements, game saves) to the Slim.

I transferred everything on a USB but although my profile and achievements transferred onto the USB and loads on the Slim, no game saves to be found.

What can I do to harvest the game saves from the original console without causing problems to my sibling's account and content on the original system?

 

Backwards compatibility question

You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, If you are attempting to recover your account and it keeps pulling up a different gamertag, this just means you are not using the correct primary email to the account.

I would recommend going through the "Find your Microsoft account email address" support article to see if you are
able to recover the correct account.
