    Xbox 360 profile lost


    recently I had an issue with my Xbox 360 that made it break, so I switched it with an unused Xbox from my friend but when I had switched the internal hard drive and turned on the Xbox 360 it didn't have 3 of my account. I only really want one of my accounts back because that was my main account and I didn't have Xbox live on that account but I had Xbox live on another account which is still available for me to play with but I lost all my things from my other account and am wondering if you guys can help me recover my old Xbox 360 account. I have read multiple other issues dealing with the same thing, yet they haven't been resolved, but It would be very annoying to have to do everything all over again on my other account.

    your xbox 360 profile is lost when you remove the account, to avoid this you need to link it to your microsoft account.

    yeah, but it is not letting move across any of my disc games to the cloud saved games. and it is not just the 360 i can play on the xbox one, it all of my 360 games as i do not want to lose any achievements, gamerscore and additional content: in other words
    i want everything on my 360 saved onto my xbox live profile/ xbox one profile and not lost/deleted when i do a factory reset in order to sell my 360.

    I cannot download profiles as it tells me that it cannot connect to xbox live and i should test my connection. And no none of this worked, so i basically lost all of my 360 data for nothing.
