XBOX 360 Profile is missing

Discus and support XBOX 360 Profile is missing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Xbox 360 worked fine yesterday but today when i turn it on there's no profiles and it says there's an update.     XBOX 360 Profile is missing


    My Xbox 360 worked fine yesterday but today when i turn it on there's no profiles and it says there's an update. I tried updating but it always fails. I got an error code once that I could not find anywhere on here but now I can't
    get the error to duplicate again anyways... I logged in on xbox.com and my profile is here. Then I went back to the xbox to try again and it says there's not enough space to download the update (still no profiles available). I've done a ton opf searches but
    they all seem to be dead ends. I've tried going to the hard drive to move/delete stuff but when i click on storage all there is is "unformatted" drive. I click on that and the only option is to format so I can't even access the drive I guess.

    I'm at wits end here... Thanks for any help!

    My profile is missing on my xbox 360, but it apears normally on my desktop.

    What could be happened?

    Transfer of Xbox 360 achievement score to Xbox One

    Hi there,

    are you missing some achievements as score or missing everything from the 360?

    When I look at your profile on xbox.com it shows both xbox one and 360 achievements and score.

    Hey there FMKPHOTO,

    It sounds like the storage device you're using on the console may be failing or is corrupt. What sort of storage are you using with the console? Is it an internal hard drive or USB drive? Are you able to open up the settings on the
    console and see how much free storage space is available?

    I am having the same issue. 24 hours ago i was playing BO2 and the game/lobby was modded. I got kicked off and the console hasn't worked since. Only 1 profile out of 4 is available, it isnt the main profile and I can not do anything. I cant access the
    storage at all.
