    Xbox 360 profile has disappeared


    My son has been playing Minecraft on his xbox 360 in a certain profile for months now. Yesterday he played the morning but when he went to play later on in the day the profile had disappeared! He says he didn't do anything differently, didn't move any
    wires etc, just turned it on as usual. The Xbox had 3 profiles on it but now we can only see 2. He is 8 and this is devastating for him. What can I do to find the profile? Or is it gone forever? Anything I can try to fix this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    Tenure not showing on Xbox One but is on Xbox 360...

    I am having the same problem today. My tenure has disappeared from my Xbox One profile, but it displays correctly on my Xbox 360.

    I've tried deleting and re-adding my profile, resetting Xbox One & checked my privacy settings.

    Microsoft Support please help!

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    One day I turn my 360 on and my profile has disappeared so I download it again and I sign in again and it's a old profile I had ages ago it can't find my new profile that has my game tags and games on does anyone have any ideas what I should do

    My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.
