Error 80151015 occurs when signing in to your account on Xbox 360

Hello ReapingMrDeath,

This is a known issue with the Xbox 360 Update System.

Try deleting your profile and profile ONLY. If you do not know how to delete your profile, follow this link:

support.xbox.com/.../delete-xbox-live-profile-from-xbox-360-console

Remember, Your PROFILE ONLY. Absolutely do NOT, I repeat..do NOT Delete Profile and Items.

After deleting your PROFILE ONLY re-download it and see if you are still getting the same error.

If that does not work, you can errors that happen when trying to update by following the link I am going to provide:

Does this error occur when trying to install other games, or on another account and profile on your Xbox 360 console?

Are you installing the game to an external hard drive or directly to the internal storage?

First make sure you have sufficient storage to install the game. According to the game description on the Xbox 360 marketplace the game requires 6.79GB at minimum (not including DLC’s, add-ons and extras).

Try clear system cache and remove and reinstall your profile on your Xbox 360.

If you decide to remove and reinstall your profile on your console, make sure to select the option “Delete Profile Only”- This deletes the Xbox profile but

leaves saved games and achievements. Before doing so, also make sure you know the email address and password to your account.

error code you are referencing is for not able to connect to live. It is possible that the 360 emulator is having difficulties. Have you tried to uninstall and

reinstall the profile from the Xbox one? If you still have issues you may need to find an Xbox 360 to download the profile on. Sounds like it is reading it on the emulator as an offline profile.
