    xbox 360 profile download failing


    My xbox profile on my 360 stopped working. It was saying it couldn't connect to xbox live. It is working fine on my xbox one. I was advised to delete the profile on my 360 which I did but now it won't complete the profile download. I get an error saying
    there is a problem with my credentials i am using to sign in. error 8015190A . I have checked everything and it all looks fine . Anyone have any ideas as I have tried so many things like cache clearing, removing and re applying system updates and changes to
    my avatar but to no avail !

    Yes I have. My Xbox one automatically asks me everytime to download my profile once it fails on the the getting xbox 360 info. But once it tries to download by connecting to xbox live it then fails. Saying the internet isn't working. It is. But I regardless
    I double check it to be sure.

    Honestly this is too just stressful of an ordeal to be about. But im gonnat try and redownload my 360 profile on the 360 itself. If that doesn't work I give up.

    It seems a profile download failed. You must redownload your profile for Xbox Live to work.

    Try redownloading your profile using this link:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Have you got any other error codes, or just that one?

    Sign out of your profile from the 360 menu and download your profile again, friend did that and it worked after. I had this same issue did the same, my profile failed to download it said but upon signing back in and cloud syncing I was able to play online

    When I try to download them it says that it has failed to download my profile and gives me an error code of 8007045D. I’ve talked to a couple of people and they have both come to the conclusion that there is something wrong wrong with the Xbox 360 servers and Microsoft’s is working to fix it.
