Xbox 360 Profile Download Error 80072746

thanks for answering taidara... region greek... when changed region changed billing adress... tried clearing cache 3 times and restart with no result, removing 2 step veryfication with no result... 2 different xboxes no result, 3 different hard drives and
usb stick with no result... reinstalled update to hard drive no result... router modem thomson tg782 connection test is ok without nat error... connection of the console wireless it is xbox slim... it didnt download on my xbox fat wired connection too...

 

Every time gives different error... More times it gives 80072EFE...

 

Tried 2 different connection with no result... I have read that there are many people with 80072EFE that they can't download their profile... It's been 5 days now that I can't play with my profile on my Xbox 360....'please HELP ME...........

both in console settings and in my microsoft account region is the same... greek... i moved country for personal reasons... the fact is that i cant download my profile in any of my xboxes... usually i get error 80072EFE which is xbox one error code and i
get it on my xbox 360 and sometimes i get 80072746... i saw 13 pages with posts from people with the same problem with error 80072EFE... it is microsofts problem as they say... i cant download my profile for 5 days now and i am afraid it will take much longer...
i downloaded the profile with success on my xbox one and on my pc for windows games... also

 

it works perfect on my windows phone... i cant only downloaded in my xbox 360... can u please invastigete my account and fix the problem... i have 5 years tenure... spend over 5000 dollars in microsofts products.... i cant loose my account for no reason...

Can you restore (reset) your gateway (modem/router) to factory defaults.

Reconfigure wireless setting for your gateway and make sure UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is ticked enable/turned on.

Go to the Xbox network setting and select configure network. Select the additional settings tab and restore to factory defaults.

Restart your console and establish connectivity to your WLAN, and run Test Xbox Live Connection.

 

Nope didn't work... Is it connectivity problem?

 

Remove your profile from all trusted 360 consoles. This may be done under 'My Account'

Also, try changing one item on your avatar via Xbox.com

Try verifying your security proofs via login.live.com.

Then, try to re-download profile. This should work.

i have one xbox 360 gears of war limited edition wirelless connected to my network... i also tried in an xbox fat elite 120gb in a friends network with no result... yes i have done migration account... i have only one console connected to my router... i
tried wired to download my profile too with no result... 7 days today without my account... i play only windows phone.. isnt any tool that can investigate my profile grom microsoft to see what is wrong?

 

Can you make sure local and time/date settings are set correctly.

Go to Settings, and then select System
Settings.

1. Select Console Settings.
2. Select Language and Locale.
3. Select Locale, and make sure you select the location where you live
   

1. Select Console Settings.
2. Select Clock.

Change the clock settings.

1. Note You cannot change the clock settings while you are connected to Xbox Live.
   
2. Date and Time: Set the correct date and time.
3. Time Zone: Make sure you specify your time zone.
   

Go to your computer and sign in to your Microsoft account and make sure your security proofs, like phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and
answers to your Microsoft account are up to date.

While you're still sign in, go to Private Information and make sure Country/region is set correctly for the location where you live, and Timezone as well. Click Save.

Turn off two-step verification, and If you haven't change the password for your Microsoft account for a long time, I would recommend that you do this, and make sure you set a strong password.

Head back to your console and try the following steps, and in order.

Delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

Before you delete your profile you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Clear Xbox system cache (3 times in a row)

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

Go to Xbox Network settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection and make sure your console can connect to Live properly.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.
