Xbox 360 Profile Download Error 80070570

We moved our 9 year olds 360 to another room and he lost everything as others have stated. And now we cant even get his new profile to upload from live.com as it has been a year or 2 and we dont have a clue what the original account was set up under.

Any help would be appreciated as he really wants to play his new Minecraft game but we cant until we can get a profile set up which we have but it wont let us upload it.

FYI, just to head off the obvious, this does NOT help me:

Literally everything that I try to do, including stop all downloads, and download free content, requires me to get into my profile, which I CANNOT DO.

You may want to refer to the 80070570 support article for that specific error code. In regards to the account information, if you know the gamertag you can contact phone support
and possibly recover that information. They will ask a series of security questions to verify it is you, but that would be the best route to find this information.
