xbox 360 Profil download not working

hi i can not download my Profil on my xbox 360! it Downloads around 75% after this i get the error code 80072EFE how can i fix this Problem?

i delete the old Profil cleard the Cache but nothing work for me

Backwards compatibility question

You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

 

Gh3 - Downloaded content?

No,any downloadable content is able to be accessed by any profile on that xbox 360.
exactly the same principal as downloading an arcade game on your profile,and your wife/partner/anybody else being able to play on theirs.

please double check if there are any corrupted files/profiles on the console where usually the profiles are located if so please delete those.

After that try the following steps:

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console if still present, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

does not work Profil download go two 75% and after this he is go back to 25% and start again! after 2 or 3 Loops i got the error 80072efe or 80072746!

Today i was by a friend in a other town and i used his Internet and xbox 360 and i got the same error after 75%.

I delete the 2 security proofs and set 2 new ones changed the Passwort nothing worked.

 

In that case I would advise contacting Xbox Support since there seems to be something wrong with the account itself.
