Xbox 360 problems with XBL and service alerts

For some reason my Xbox signed me out of XBL for no reason and when I try the network connection it tells me it cannot connect but when I unplug the modem and re-plug it in, it works! Up until it finishes connecting to XBL and tells me there is a server
alert and still won't let me fully sign in to XBL. What do I do?

No issues with my home network or connection, no pop-up window listing any problems. The service alert only appeared 30 minutes ago. I checked it out on the XBL website and it says the alert relates only to the XBox One consoles and services, everything
for 360 is up and running. Furthermore, since I've been almost completely unable to sign in to my account for weeks, it can't be related to this new service alert.

Skunkboy, you post the same automatic generic garbage to anyone with a valid complaint. All that does is frustrate people even more. BOY am I glad that I did not get an XBox one, and I will not be getting one either.

 

When When will we be able to play? N why does these problems always happen on the weekends.

 

When do we think when were able to play again? This should take this long.

 

Hey all! Just a bit of an update here. There's still no official word on when we should be able to see everything up and running again, but Xbox Staff seem to be updating the
Xbox Live Status page around every 30 minutes!

That's probably our best bet for any updates on the ongoing situation.

They are updating the status page every 30 minutes....with the same message. Lost my connection about 4-5 hours ago and have not been able to reconnect since.

Not sure if this is another DDoS, or just log-in server nonsense, but it is disheartening that people pay for a service that they cannot enjoy.

My wife purchased a year of Live for me as a birthday present a few months ago. When the year is up, I'll not be renewing my Live subscription.

 

So my question is how long should we all cancel our live subscription until we can play somewhat undisturbed. Seems we payed a awful lot for a DVD player.

 

Xbox live was taken offline again today by the hacking group Lizard Squad. Google it. Please Microsoft take legal action against this group. They deserve jail time, this a crime.

 

I don't see why Microsoft doesn't invest its billions on a VPN to secure its online servers like honestly lizard squad is out for blood and they wont stop until you guys are off completely and on Christmas there going to hit again.Go here to view all hes
