Xbox 360 problems with to link mesh

Ok I am Having a problem with my boys Xbox 360.

Just got a twin pack x20 deco from tplink

When I try and get on the wifi it saying there is a duplicate network.

Then I put in the password and it won't work. Won't even get to the wifi

I had a play on manual and put in a few numbers and I can get to the wifi but it won't connect to the internet.

I spoke to tp link and did a few things but didn't work.

They have tould me it the Xbox not there product.

If I unplugge on off the mesh it works ok .

If I reset the mesh and the Xbox it will connect once but once the Xbox turns off and on that's it won't work

I am probly not the 1st so can someone help me and my boy out thanks ��

They are sending me out a new x20 so I can plug the Xbox 360 straight into it

this will make it work and the new one can go back in my room

With the update.

I am already running v 2.0.17559.0

So would me trying to update it work???

Like I siad I can get online but only when one off the deco x20s is unplugged.

The Xbox 360 isn't supported anymore. Can you try to update it offline? I'm sure if it is a problem with the software, the update should resolve it. See how you can do that here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

- Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

- Select Network Settings.

- Select the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

- Select Configure Network.

- On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

I'll advise you get another deco from a different company to be sure the issue isn't with TP-Link
