Xbox 360 problem with download game for free deal with XBL

I have again problem with download game from Xbox Gold. I get code 80150017 but my console is in the same place for years.

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

 

The Xbox One will not be able to play your XBLA games

If xbl games sold on 360 that well and their was that much demand the feature would be their. I would think people have less than 150 dollars in xbl content. And most is free downloads.
If they had xbl reverse content on xb1 the games would also be compatible. Think of fable3 the summer sale games ect ect. It's a package deal...

That error indicates that your account region is not set to where you're physically located in, and is not related to the location of your Xbox One console. If you live in an Xbox Live supported region, this can be resolved by using our
Xbox Live Account Migration Tool. You can only use that tool once every 3 months, so be sure to select the region you're
physically located in or else this error will persist.
