Xbox 360 Preview Program Registration Issues

Hi all! I recently got a message from Xbox saying that I was invited to join the Xbox 360 Preview Registration. I finally got to registering my 360 for the program, but for some reason I can't select the 'Xbox 360 Preview Registration' option under Your
Memberships. The text is there, but it's faded out which essentially means that I can't register. Is this supposed to be happening, or is something wrong? Thanks for any help!

HI have similar issue. BUt when I go to accounts, the membership tab keep showing loading then error comes up 80153003 saying clear cache and system and try again. I did, earlier my Tomb raider wasn't downloading but finally got it downloaded but still the
membership doesn't show anything.

 

Hm. That's really weird. At least I know that I'm not the only one with this problem though!

Can not preview my Xbox 360 preview .. My account is not set on child account so what else could be this problem

 

I might have a solution to your problem stevieBOIxx. I had the exact same problem and it had even happened today. I went into account management, checked the memberships and it was still greyed out. but then I went into my download history, clicked on one
of the games, backed out after not being bothered to redownload it, looked at my memberships and it was available to click on. (previous live trials were available to click so it probably was a glitch)

 

StevieBOIxx. XExotiC xB34ST has a similar solution to the exact same issue I had. I was just clicking around, clicked on policy documents, backed out and it was just fine. Weird glitch I assume.
