    Xbox 360 preview program problem/downloading content


    Hi

    since i have joined the preview program i have not been able to download the games with gold free game, f1 2013 has just come available when i go to download it trys to start but does not get to 1% and a pop up say cant download the game but does not give
    a reason.

    is this a known problem? can i have some help please?

    Xbox x wont let me download anything and alot of the services wont show up

    So im having a problem downloading my games its saying problem getting content. Live support said it might be because im a preview member

    Hi there,

    be sure to check if there are any incomplete/corrupt files present in the storage section, those can cause behaviour like this.

    Please delete them if they are present and clear the cache of the console before trying to download the game again

    Hi there,

    there is no link to download the preview app, the Xbox 360 preview program does not have an invitation option and does not require a preview app download.

    If you mean the Xbox One preview then please post in the Xbox One forum section, but be aware that an invitation (which can be done by friends in the preview) will not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. Once accepted you will receive a Xbox Live
    Message with a code to download the preview app there is no external link.

    The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
    (you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).
