    ok thats it i had it, my son cant even go to xbox live because on his account he cant use live at all. What the hell is that. Im very mad and whats the point on adding a 4 pin password to my main account i have to enter my password in order for them to access
    the xbox live and play games. I want a choice to just block the store purchaes only not all the account. What do a member has to do in order for this issue to be resolved. Im planning to just remove the xbox live because is just a pain in the ass dealing
    with unauthorized purchases.

    You should always purchase your subscription to Xbox Live Gold membership on the official Microsoft and Xbox Stores to prevent from being scammed.

    The majority of purchases only need parental.password

    Now if you are talking about free games like demos then no that's regulated by law

    Games with Gold must be done from the console not the websire

    Yes, the Xbox store is the official store for Xbox. You would be purchasing directly from Microsoft.

    I do however suggest that you have her help you make the purchase, to prevent accidently double purchasing, or buying the incorrect item.
