    xbox 360 prepaid code


    I got some prepaid codes today and I redeemed a 2 day Gold trial and it said it was successful and I could use it, but when I went onto a game to play online, it said I didn't have Gold. After that I went and re typed the code in and it said code already
    used, it has been a while and I still cannot use it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    I think it's really cool that they are going to offer game codes for sale. It's much more convenient for those that don't have means to pay online. I don't like to pay online too and usually buy prepaid Xbox cards. Now I don't have to do it anymore and can just purchase the games from retailers. I just need to know which retailers.

    Sorry to hear it. However, prepaid trials only offer some access to Gold features and are usually limited to the games that they were received with. For example, if you purchased a copy of CoD then the trial would be limited to some CoD multiplayer features.

    If you purchased the trials from an outside source you should find out which game they came from.

    also to add they do not stack so if you enter a code for one then another code that other code will overwrite the previous trial

    Prepaid codes for Xbox content will work on both the Xbox One and the Xbox 360. You can continue purchasing the prepaid Gold membership codes as you have been, to use them on your Xbox One.

    Can not Redeem Giftcode (GOW + GOW2, GOW3 + GOW:Judgment) recieved from Xbox live system.

    The codes would be for the 360 versions of the games, so you would need either a 360 or One to play the games.
    Now, I just want redeem them, i will play another time, only redeem it on console ?

    Here are the steps to redeeming codes -

    For the 360, you would need to add the code to your son's account if he's going to be the one using it. Each account on the 360 has to have their own gold subscriptions. The One offers the ability to share gold.

    Once you've redeemed your code on the Xbox 360 you should have received the specific amount from that code into your balance.

    • If you're on your computer go to
      www.commerce.microsoft.com
    • Xbox 360: Sign in using your info, Go to settings, then account, select Manage Payment Options, and you should see your balance.
