    Using a NTSC console in Europe

    The 360 power supply is not world wide compatible. You will need to buy a new power supply. Your local XBOX support phone contact should be able to help.

    Microsoft does not license any non-Microsoft accessories that plug into the Xbox console's power socket, so we would not be able to recommend any 3rd party power supplies. The use of any accessory other than the standard Xbox 360 power supply may damage your
    console.

    First check the power supply to ensure everything is properly connected.

    If your setup looks okay as per the guide, then try the recommended troubleshooting in the following support articles:

    Troubleshoot your Xbox 360 power supply | Xbox Support

    If you mean that it successfully powers on (and stays on) but there’s no display, refer to:

    Your Xbox 360 TV or monitor is blank | Xbox Support

    Also verify that your console is well ventilated as there can be performance issues if it’s overheating, which typically occurs when the hardware has inadequate ‘breathing’ space.
