    There was a problem updating your controller

    Went through heck trying to get one and it doesn't work. I'm done MS. I'm tired of this crappy system, poor coding, and even worse hardware.

    I purchased the original Xbox the day it came out, I was one of the first on Xbox Live and I even got a 360 on release day. After going through multiple 360's (due to poor design) I snatched up a new XB1.

    After all these years, I'm going to Best Buy tomorrow for a PS4. I will never buy another Xbox product again.

    DLC from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

    What a rip off, just got an xbox one and I am beyond upset that my marketplace purchases from 360 do not transfer. Microsoft is greedy. I think I am done buying Microsoft products, Xone - not backwards compatable - No marketplace redemption from 360 - limited
    library - poor customer service.

    Not paying another $60 for map packs that I already owned before.

    Time to go with Sony.

    How good is the NextX video card?

    IBM designed the XCPU and ATI designed the XGPU. RRoD was caused by poor thermal design. 360 was rushed into production.

    Your card has not expired the other replies are nonsense. I redeemed one yesterday on an Xbox 360 console, I believe that is now the only way to redeem the card. Also the credit you get for redeeming the card will only be valid for 1 year.

    It is a poor reflection on Microsoft that they cannot provide basic information on a product that people have paid for.

    I don’t know a single person that has gotten more than a year without it failing. It’s very overpriced for such poor quality. It’s quite possibly the worst MS product ever produced in regards to quality. The original red ring plagued 360 didn’t even fail
    as much.
