Xbox 360 party problems...

So ive run into an error that the internet and myself appear to have no idea about...

PROBLEM: When I am connected to an Xbox live party but not in an Xbox live game I repeatedly lose connection to the party then instantly rejoin. However when I am connected to a xbox live party and am playing a game
online i have no problems. This disconnecting happens every 2-3 minutes im out of an online game.

This is weird to me as one would assume [more required bandwidth = harder to run], however, when I am playing a game online with friends (for instance GTA 5) the problem does not occur.

[More bandwidth being used = smooth game play]

let me break this down for you so that I don't get the "have you tried unplugging your router for 30s crap" because believe me. I have tried everything i'm aware could possibly fix a connection issue.

My internet connection has nothing to do with the problem and my NAT type is open, I believe the problem lies with either my routers hardware or my xbox's hardware.

I have recently bought a new XBOX 360E console and have been using the same router, Ethernet cable and provider (ROGERS) on both my old and new console. the old console worked great without having this error problem. The only questionable actions between
the old and new hardware is that I moved all of my data from my old harddrive to my new harddrive before connecting to XBL. I have also had a problem downloading the latest dashboard update and had to resort to using a USB to install the update.

I have tried playing while running netflix on every device in my house and my xbox runs online games great so it's definitely not my internet speed (says 350Mb/s).

Whenever this error occurs it resets my IP address and other information to [0.0.0.0] for a split second and then quickly switches it back to the correct numbers. I read an article about this and have tried setting my IP address manually with no luck.

I know my way around an xbox and am fairly good with computers however a problem like this perplexes me... Please internet genius-gods help me.

lame party system on xbox one ?

I like the 360 party system better. They've made the Xbox 1 party system too "windows 8" on Xbox 1. I have not tried it on Xbox 1 yet because only 10 of my friends have Xbox 1 and don't play on it that much. Have heard some peps have had problems with party
chat on Xbox 1. I'm not saying it's rubbish but I ^^ 360's version better.

Everytime i want to connect to a Party on Xbox Live it says Cant connect to party but i Opened all the ports and i have no nat Problems but it wont let me connect pls help

 

Just unplug the router and then plug it in don't wait 30 seconds re-download your profile and clear you cache and it.
