Joining party's and accepting invites

For the past week of me playing on Xbox 360 every time me or my friends accept an invite to a private chat it says there is a problem while trying to join and with party's when you accept it goes back to your messages it doesn't join the party and the invite
is still there the only way I can join is if its not a private party and you join on there profile.

Please fix this Microsoft we still love the 360.

Can't access my friends list.. Again!

Having the same issue also also my friends and I can join in party chat but we can't hear each other and the little blue circle icons in the party chat either don't appear or doesn't show up that we are talking anyone having this issue as well? This is annoying
party chat hasn't worked right since Xbox 360

Yep , had to use Skype in the background for friend chat whilst gaming.

I'm getting this exact issue. Why does the XBOX One Party chat suffer so many issues? It's amazing how on the XBOX 360 there wasn't this many problems with the party chat. Now with the XBOX One it's been nothing but issues with the Party chat since the
system was released.

I'm also tired of Microsoft constantly suggesting to do a hard reset on the system. It seems to be their answer to everything. Have a problem? Hard reset your system.

Hello there,

Different NAT types can definitely cause issues in a party chat and in a game. Your network connection can also cause issues in a party chat and in a game. The strength of the Wireless Connection, bandwidth and other people using devices on the same connection.
All of this can cause issues.
