    Hello, I have an Xbox 360, I wish to sell. I have set it back to factory settings, however the parental control is locked. I can’t remember the passcode, I have tried to reset it, but it then asks for your favourite fictional character to reset it. I don’t
    know what that is. I have tried xbox support, but they can’t help. Can anyof you? Much appreciated.
