    I am trying to change my XBox 360 Online Safety Settings so I can play online games (as I was before some thing happened to my account without me doing anything) and I keep getting this message:

    Sorry, XBox 360 Online Safety Settings are not available at this time. Please refresh page to try again."

    It has been over one month now.

    Please help.

    I can't access my Xbox 360 online safety

    I cant access my Xbox 360 online safety when i try to go into Xbox 360 online safety it loads for a while and then shows this message.

    "Sorry, Xbox 360 Online Safety settings is not available at the moment. Refresh the page to try again."

    Also having this problem. On a different account, it works fine.

    Only thing different that I can think of, is this account doesn't have a phone number attached to it.

    The link takes me to the page 'Privacy and online safety'.

    There are three options:

    1/ privacy

    2/ xbox one online safety

    3/ xbox 360 online safety

    The option to not allow purchases only appears under xbox one online safety option.

    Cannot Access/Change Xbox Windows 10 Online Safety Settings?

    View activity is set to "Allow", link takes me to the Privacy and Online Safety page through the browser, but getting the same issue.

    I'm still getting the "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later." message when I click on the middle tab for Windows 10 devices online safety.
