Xbox 360 Online Safety not available

Hi,

Are there any known issues with the ability to change Xbox 360 Online Safety settings in the Asia Pacific region? I have been trying to change my kid's profile (from the parent account) so he can temporarily make a purchase. I continue to get the below message:-

Sorry, Xbox 360 Online Safety settings is not available at the moment. Refresh the page to try again.

Any insight into this issue would be appreciated!

I can setting Privacy and Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety but i can't setting Xbox 360 online safety what i should do?

I cant access my Xbox 360 online safety when i try to go into Xbox 360 online safety it loads for a while and then shows this message.

"Sorry, Xbox 360 Online Safety settings is not available at the moment. Refresh the page to try again."

Try changing the settings by going to settings - privacy.

 

Thanks for your reply, but the section you are referring to does not provide the option to block or allow purchases. I am only able to this in the Online Safety section under the Privacy Settings.
