Refresh the page to try again in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am trying to change the settings in the XBox 360 Online Safety Settings but keep getting this message: "Sorry XBox 360 Online Safety is not...     XBox 360 Online Safety is not availabe at the moment. Refresh the page to try again


    I am trying to change the settings in the XBox 360 Online Safety Settings but keep getting this message:

    "Sorry XBox 360 Online Safety is not available at the moment. Refresh the page to try again."

    It has been a month now. I need to go into the settings to allow online game play and it doesn't let me.

    Please help with this problem.

    I can setting Privacy and Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety but i can't setting Xbox 360 online safety what i should do?

    Also having this problem. On a different account, it works fine.

    Only thing different that I can think of, is this account doesn't have a phone number attached to it.

    The link takes me to the page 'Privacy and online safety'.

    There are three options:

    1/ privacy

    2/ xbox one online safety

    3/ xbox 360 online safety

    The option to not allow purchases only appears under xbox one online safety option.
