Xbox 360 online not working

Hi so when I get into my game it doesn't let me go on online for my Xbox 360 and I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it still didn't work so I don't know what else to do also I use an Xbox one and I'm using back compatibility for Xbox 360

Is it just this game, are you having issues with other games. Do you have Xbox Live Gold

If you are having issues playing a 360 game on the xbox one, it may be your 360 profile.

Start any 360 game, press the page view and the menu button at the same time.

This will bring up your Xbox 360 setting, click on the tab that has your gamer tag. You want to remove your profile, make sure you keep items remove just the profile.

The go and add your profile back, this may help.

so basically Xbox 360 game don’t use online for my 2 day trial that doesn’t exist on my Xbox but works for 2 days? because I can play gold games but Xbox 360 games for online don’t work
