Xbox 360 online community players not up dating

Help my list of online community players is not up dating (used to update after each game) its stuck on last time it up dated 81 days ago?

I have cleared the memory cache but this did not fix the problem.

If Xbox would have still been Online Enabled and still had a community, I would say to get that but since its not, PS2 all the way just because of the library. Besides. Most of the good single player Xbox 1 games are already backwards compatible on the 360
or can be had on your PC even it its dated.

I know up to 8 online players can play on Xbox 360, but how many in Xbox ONE?

Back when Halo 3 first came out, the 360 was the most popular console to play online. Now it's different, we have the 360 & PS3 that both have huge online communities, plus We also have X1 and PS4 which both have growing online communities. Players are so
split up between platforms now, I'd doubt we'll see huge numbers playing a single game on a single platform anymore tbh.
